AutoSwitch Model PEC-113

Automatically selects gasoline to start engine on dual fuel vehicles

What It Does

This unit helps correct problems that may occur with LP and CNG/gasoline dual fuel vehicles. These problems include dirty fuel injectors, dried gasoline fuel system components, old gasoline and hard cranking in cold-weather starts, which cause shortened battery and starter life. The assumption is that in dual-fuel systems, operators use the alternative fuel as the primary fuel, switching to gasoline only when necessary. This means that gasoline may not be used frequently. The PEC-113 "START-ON-GASOLINE" module forces drivers to use gasoline every time the engine is started.

How It Works

The PEC-113 module comes wired (color-coded) and fused (12 VDC) so it can be mounted easily and interface with the fuel selector switch of any standard LP or CNG/gasoline dual fuel vehicle. The module can be pre-set to run your engine on gasoline 4, 15, or 30 seconds every time you start the engine.
